g) (Optional) Add any comments to other users in the 'Comments' box.
h) Do one of the following to configure sharing of the folder based on either share-level or user-level access:
1] If your computer is configured for share-level access:
NOTE: Share-level access permits access to the shared folder by specifying a password to access the share.
a] In the 'Type of Access' group, select a radio button representing the type of access users have to the share.
NOTE: Read-Only permits users to be able to open the files in the shared folder, but prevents the user from modifying the files. Full access also permits the user to change the contents of the files in the shared folder. You can specify separate passwords for 'Read-Only' and 'Full' access, if you want some users to be able to change files, and others to only be able to read them.
b] Do one or both of the following in the 'Passwords' group, depending on the radio button you selected in step 2)h)1]a]:
NOTE: If you selected the 'Read-Only' or 'Full' radio button, then the other box will appear dimmed. If you selected the 'Depends on Password' radio button, then you will be able to type a password in both boxes.
1} Type a password in the 'Read-Only Password' box.
2} Type a password in the 'Full Access' text box.
2] If your computer is configured for user-level access:
NOTE: User-level access permits you to add users from a workgroup or domain to the list of users who can access the shared folder, and to specify the access rights of each user. The logon to the domain or workgroup is used to authenticate the user instead of a password to the share.
a] Click 'Add...'. (The 'Add Users' dialog box appears.)
NOTE: The domain or workgroup of the user list is specified on the 'Access Control' tab page of the 'Network' dialog box in 'Control Panel'.
b] Do one of the following to select the user and the type of access:
1} To grant a user read-only access to the share, select the user, and click 'Read-Only'.
2} To grant a user full access to the share, select the user, and click 'Full Access'.
3} To customize the type of user access to the share:
